Pork kakuni curry
じっくり煮込んだ厚切りの豚の角煮を、カレーの上にどんとのせた看板の一皿です。小鉢とお味噌汁を添えた定食でもお出ししています。
Our signature: a thick slab of slow-braised pork belly on curry and rice, also served as a set with small side dishes and miso soup.
Our story
お肉が主役の、町の食堂
一関市花泉町で、お肉を主役にした定食をつくっている食堂です。看板は、厚切りの豚の角煮をのせたカレー。お腹をすかせて、のれんをくぐってください。
029満家食堂（マンチショクドウ）は、岩手県一関市花泉町の涌津にある食堂です。入口の縦長の看板に大きく書いた「満家」の文字と、白いのれんが目印です。
お出しするのは、お肉がメインの定食です。牛レバニラ炒めや豚の生姜焼き、和牛ステーキ重、カツ丼など、どれもお肉をしっかり味わっていただける品を揃えています。週替わりのおすすめランチもご用意しています。
いちばんの看板は、豚の角煮カレーです。じっくり煮込んだ厚切りの豚の角煮を、カレーの上にどんとのせてお出ししています。2026年7月には、中京テレビの「オモウマい店」でこの一皿とともに紹介していただきました。
夜は予約制で、焼肉や宴会プラン、コース料理のご相談も承っています。お祝いの席には、お肉でつくる「肉ケーキ」もご予約いただけます。お知らせはInstagram（@029.munch）に載せています。

We are a diner in Hanaizumi, Ichinoseki, cooking set meals built around meat. Our best-known plate is curry topped with a thick slab of braised pork belly – come hungry.
029 Manchi Shokudo is a diner in Wakutsu, Hanaizumi, in Ichinoseki, Iwate. Look for the tall white sign with the big characters 満家 and the white noren curtain at the door.
Everything here is built around meat: beef liver and garlic-chive stir-fry, ginger pork, wagyu steak on rice, katsudon and a weekly lunch special. Our signature is curry topped with a thick slab of slow-braised pork belly, which Chukyo TV's Omouma-i Mise featured in July 2026.
Evenings are by reservation, for yakiniku, party plans and set courses – and for celebrations we make a cake shaped from meat. News is posted on Instagram (@029.munch).
